Steve Eisenshtadt joined Friedman Real Estate in 2002, as Vice President. Steve was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2014. Steve holds extensive experience in representing landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers, of office properties in metropolitan Detroit, and serving tenant clients’ in various other States. For the first part of Steve’s real estate career, Steve was a leasing manager for a 3.5 million square foot portfolio spanning eight states, negotiating leases, and drafting lease documents.
Steve has earned the prestigious designations, SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Steve has also received a Juris of Doctorate and has passed the Bar Examination in Michigan.
